How to request account deletion

If you would like to delete your EverTold account and associated data, follow these steps:

  1. Fill out the deletion request form below using the email address associated with your EverTold account.
  2. Our support team will verify your identity by sending a confirmation to your account email.
  3. Once verified, we will permanently delete your account and associated app data within 30 days.
  4. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.

What happens to your data

Permanently deleted

  • Your account profile and personal information
  • Conversation history and voice recordings
  • Reminders, schedules, and preferences
  • Saved stories, keepsakes, and other user-submitted content

Temporarily retained

  • A minimal deletion-request record (email address, request date, and processing status) is kept for up to 30 days after deletion is complete for support and legal compliance purposes, then permanently removed.
